Ibiza has over 80 beaches and coves, each with its own personality. From party-ready strips of sand to secluded rocky bays you can only reach on foot, here are the ones we love most.
Twin coves on the west coast with turquoise water framed by pine-covered cliffs. Arrive before 10 am to get a spot.

NorthA quiet northern cove with a natural mud bath in the rocks nearby. Snorkelling is excellent here.
QuietHidden in the far north, reached by a steep road. Tiny, almost deserted, with stunning clear water.
SecretLong sandy beach by the salt flats, with beach clubs at one end and a nature reserve at the other. Great people-watching.
SouthJust five minutes from Ibiza Town, a sheltered bay with calm water and excellent seafood restaurants on the sand.
Easy accessTwo small coves near San Antonio, ideal for families. Shallow, warm water and a pine-shaded promenade connecting both.
FamilyA wild, east-facing beach backed by dramatic clay cliffs. Clothing-optional, with a raw, unspoiled beauty.
WildArrival tip: In July and August the most popular coves fill up by 10 am. Go early, or visit in the late afternoon when people start leaving and the light turns golden. Parking is limited at most calas — consider scooter or taxi boat.

IcónicaFamosa por el círculo de tambores del domingo al atardecer. Ambiente bohemio, sombra de pinos y magia.
NorteCala tranquila del norte con un baño de barro natural en las rocas cercanas. Genial para hacer snorkel.
TranquilaEscondida en el extremo norte, se llega por una carretera empinada. Diminuta, casi desierta, con aguas espectaculares.
SecretaPlaya larga junto a las salinas, con beach clubs en un extremo y reserva natural en el otro. Ideal para ver y dejarse ver.
SurA cinco minutos de Ibiza ciudad, bahía resguardada con agua tranquila y excelentes restaurantes de marisco en la arena.
Acceso fácilDos calas pequeñas cerca de San Antonio, ideales para familias. Agua poco profunda y un paseo entre pinos las une.
FamiliarPlaya salvaje orientada al este, con acantilados de arcilla. Nudista, con una belleza cruda e intacta.
SalvajeConsejo de llegada: En julio y agosto las calas más populares se llenan a las 10 h. Madruga o ve a última hora de la tarde, cuando la gente se va y la luz es dorada. El parking es limitado en casi todas — plantéate moto o taxi-boat.

GeheimtippLanger Sandstrand an den Salinen, mit Beach Clubs an einem Ende und Naturschutzgebiet am anderen.
SüdenNur fünf Minuten von Ibiza-Stadt, eine geschützte Bucht mit ruhigem Wasser und tollen Fischrestaurants am Strand.
Leicht erreichbarZwei kleine Buchten bei San Antonio, ideal für Familien. Flaches, warmes Wasser und ein Pinienweg verbindet beide.
FamilieWilder, nach Osten gerichteter Strand mit dramatischen Lehmklippen. FKK-freundlich, raue, unberührte Schönheit.
WildAnkunftstipp: Im Juli und August sind die beliebtesten Buchten um 10 Uhr voll. Komm früh oder am späten Nachmittag, wenn die Leute gehen und das Licht golden wird. Parkplätze sind begrenzt — Roller oder Taxiboot sind gute Alternativen.
