Bienvenido a Ibiza Experience Club («nosotros»). Al usar nuestro sitio web ibizaexperienceclub.es y nuestros servicios aceptas estos términos.
Ofrecemos un servicio de asesoramiento de viajes personalizado para Ibiza. A partir de tus respuestas al cuestionario, elaboramos un plan de viaje a medida (itinerario, mapa y enlaces de reserva recomendados). No somos una agencia de viajes ni vendemos vuelos, alojamientos, actividades ni transportes: proporcionamos recomendaciones y enlaces a proveedores externos.
El asesoramiento tiene una tarifa única que varía según tu presupuesto. El pago se procesa de forma segura a través de Stripe. Tras el pago recibes acceso a tu plan completo. Las reservas de vuelos, hoteles, coches, barcos o actividades se realizan directamente con los proveedores externos y se rigen por sus propias condiciones.
Nuestro plan incluye enlaces a plataformas de reserva de terceros. Algunos son enlaces de afiliado por los que podemos recibir una comisión sin coste adicional para ti. No somos responsables de los productos, precios, disponibilidad ni del servicio de dichos terceros.
Dado el carácter personalizado y digital del servicio, la tarifa de asesoramiento no es reembolsable una vez entregado el plan, salvo error por nuestra parte. Si tienes un problema, contáctanos y buscaremos una solución.
Todo el contenido del sitio y de los planes es propiedad de Ibiza Experience Club y es para tu uso personal. No puedes revenderlo ni redistribuirlo.
Nuestras recomendaciones son orientativas. No garantizamos disponibilidad, precios ni resultados concretos, y no nos hacemos responsables de decisiones tomadas a partir del plan ni de servicios prestados por terceros.
Podemos actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. Se rigen por la legislación española y cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes de las Islas Baleares.

Welcome to Ibiza Experience Club ("we"). By using our website ibizaexperienceclub.es and our services you agree to these terms.
We provide a personalised travel-advisory service for Ibiza. Based on your quiz answers we create a tailor-made travel plan (itinerary, map and recommended booking links). We are not a travel agency and do not sell flights, accommodation, activities or transport: we provide recommendations and links to third-party providers.
The advisory service has a one-time fee that varies with your budget. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. After payment you receive access to your full plan. Bookings for flights, hotels, cars, boats or activities are made directly with third-party providers under their own terms.
Your plan includes links to third-party booking platforms. Some are affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party products, prices, availability or service.
Given the personalised, digital nature of the service, the advisory fee is non-refundable once the plan has been delivered, except in the case of an error on our part. If you have a problem, contact us and we will find a solution.
All site and plan content is owned by Ibiza Experience Club and is for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute it.
Our recommendations are for guidance only. We do not guarantee availability, prices or specific outcomes, and are not liable for decisions made based on the plan or for services provided by third parties.
We may update these terms at any time. They are governed by Spanish law and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Balearic Islands.

Wir bieten einen personalisierten Reiseberatungsdienst für Ibiza. Anhand deiner Quiz-Antworten erstellen wir einen maßgeschneiderten Reiseplan (Route, Karte und empfohlene Buchungslinks). Wir sind kein Reisebüro und verkaufen keine Flüge, Unterkünfte, Aktivitäten oder Transporte: Wir liefern Empfehlungen und Links zu Drittanbietern.
Die Beratung hat eine einmalige Gebühr, die je nach Budget variiert. Die Zahlung erfolgt sicher über Stripe. Nach der Zahlung erhältst du Zugang zu deinem vollständigen Plan. Buchungen für Flüge, Hotels, Autos, Boote oder Aktivitäten erfolgen direkt bei Drittanbietern zu deren Bedingungen.
Dein Plan enthält Links zu Buchungsplattformen von Drittanbietern. Einige sind Affiliate-Links, für die wir eine Provision ohne Mehrkosten für dich erhalten können. Wir haften nicht für Produkte, Preise, Verfügbarkeit oder Service Dritter.
Aufgrund der personalisierten, digitalen Natur des Dienstes ist die Beratungsgebühr nach Lieferung des Plans nicht erstattungsfähig, außer bei einem Fehler unsererseits. Bei Problemen kontaktiere uns und wir finden eine Lösung.
Alle Inhalte der Website und der Pläne gehören Ibiza Experience Club und sind für deinen persönlichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Weiterverkauf oder Weitergabe ist nicht gestattet.
Unsere Empfehlungen dienen nur der Orientierung. Wir garantieren keine Verfügbarkeit, Preise oder bestimmte Ergebnisse und haften nicht für Entscheidungen auf Basis des Plans oder für Leistungen Dritter.
Wir können diese Bedingungen jederzeit aktualisieren. Es gilt spanisches Recht; Streitigkeiten unterliegen den zuständigen Gerichten der Balearen.

Il tuo piano include link a piattaforme di prenotazione di terzi. Alcuni sono link di affiliazione da cui possiamo ricevere una commissione senza costi aggiuntivi per te. Non siamo responsabili di prodotti, prezzi, disponibilità o servizio di terzi.
Data la natura personalizzata e digitale del servizio, la tariffa di consulenza non è rimborsabile una volta consegnato il piano, salvo errore da parte nostra. In caso di problemi, contattaci e troveremo una soluzione.
Tutti i contenuti del sito e dei piani sono di proprietà di Ibiza Experience Club e sono per uso personale. Non puoi rivenderli né ridistribuirli.
I nostri consigli sono indicativi. Non garantiamo disponibilità, prezzi o risultati specifici e non siamo responsabili delle decisioni prese in base al piano né dei servizi forniti da terzi.
